a lot of products contain skin irritating, comedogenic chemicals that increase breakouts, redness, etc.
I mostly resort to natural products since it is healthier for the skin.

Kale:
-Calcium (cell regeneration! maintains healthy blood lipid levels)
-Vitamin C (protects skin from sun damage) 
-high levels of Vitamin A (repairs tissues so you don’t have dry, flaky skin)

Sweet Potato:
-Vitamin C (produces collagen that helps maintain your skin’s youthful elasticity)
-Vitamin D (helps build healthy skin and teeth)
-Iron (reduces stress which is a factor for causing acne!) 
-high levels of Vitamin A (repairs tissues so you don’t have dry, flaky skin)
